Burstable DS1/T1
The capability of a full DS1 bandwidth (1.54Mb) with the speeds of a DS1 (1.54Mbps) charged at usage rates.
Bandwidth rate is determined by sampling every 5 minutes traffic in+out, dropping the top 5% of the samples, and the remaining highest sample is the bandwidth usage rate for the month. Customer chooses base level of burstable DS1 for always available bandwidth.
