If you have Outlook Express or Windows Mail:
1) Open Outlook Express or Windows Mail, click on the Tools menu, then click Accounts.
2) Click on the Mail tab, select your acuLink™ mail account, then click Properties.
3) Click on the Servers tab, then click "My server requires authentication" to place a checkmark in the box.
4) Click Apply, then OK, then Close.
If you have Microsoft Outlook:
1) Open Microsoft Outlook, click on the Tools menu, then click Email Accounts.
2) Click on "View or change existing e-mail accounts", select your acuLink™ mail account, then click Change.
3) Click on the More Settings button, then click on the Outgoing Server tab.
4) Click "My outgoing server requires authentication" to place a checkmark in the box.
5) Click OK and close out of any other settings windows.
