Day to day school life at TESOL is much like one would find at a typical Christian elementary school in the U.S.A. Classes begin at 7:30 each morning with Christian education or an all-school assembly. Following this, students study a curriculum that is based on British and American models, with subjects such as English, mathematics, science, social studies, and French.

The student body of approximately 40 is culturally diversified coming from English speaking backgrounds such as; American, Belgian, British, Canadian, Congolese, Indian, Lebanese, and Zambian.
TESOL operates in a safe, caring environment where students and staff are respected and nourished. Governance is through an Administrative Council comprised of missionary parents and others whose special qualifications benefit the school. Class size is typically small and instruction is supported by curriculum and student libraries.

Beyond the satisfaction of serving the Lord at TESOL, other benefits are available. Furnished housing is provided; visa costs are covered, and a monthly stipend is possible for fully qualified persons willing to teach a full school year or more. Cross-cultural opportunities and travel on your own can enrich your experience.
