In theory if the field can be stopped , then the impact can be stopped. Up until now, no way has satisfactorily been presented that can oppose this field effect, however, if it operates the way scientists say it does, and the answer to the dilemma has been with us for over a hundred years, rather it was removed from access about a hundred years ago, when it was decided to suppress some of N. Tesla's work to appease Draconian forces of the time.  </div> <div>  <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><B>The possible method to use as a shield , is the method used by Tesla to achieve the shielding around his Ocean Cable proposal, that allowed long distance transmission of energy.</B></FONT> I have also read the supposed answer used today concerning shielding, as I am an Amateur Radio Operator, and had to learn the basics of transmission wires for antennas. Sometime ago I had the opportunity to read an excerpt from one of Tesla's speeches, and <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><B>he mentioned something about using "strips" of aluminum to suppress the fields associated with electrical flow. some rather crude experimentation showed indeed it does suppress the field, but not the normal electrical field, rather the basic spin field of the wire/conductor.</B></FONT> Now , so as not to spoil any quality research, I will only give the basic setup I deduced, and I think those of you who are experienced in such as this , can derive your own method of testing it's parameters, fair enough? </div> <div>   To impart my theory may spoil a deviant product , and in the interest of time, money, and materials thrown at a  product event, to allow you to achieve enough of a product effect to proceed from , is best to cut through this to attempt to apply to the final products/applications , which will be the conglomeration of all approaches.</div> <div>  I will show some simple drawings, and what I found, and abandoned due to time constraints, as well as specialized testing equipment costs, which were prohibitive at the time. Understand, I in no way proceeded beyond a crude setup, and simply shelved it until the correct time to try the possibilities, as it was out of normal theory range, according to what I was taught, and not until Dr.H. Maris showed that the electron is not what it appears to be , came along, did I comprehend it might be a viable effect that would not be simply suppressed again , as at that time (Tesla's), it wasn't then acceptable to oppose entrenched theory, nor is it welcomed with any special zeal at this time.</div> <bR> <div>   Note: Things are heating up , and Science is about to make a quantum leap, it has through momentous pressure and massive proofs , to numerous to counter, or hastily produce a "flexible" mathematical formula , to encompass rigid  theory , held so dear , for so long, to simply burst it's seams, and a whole new vista of Scientific endeavor is starting to pop up, bringing us back to the momentum of the whole of the 18th century.</div> <div>  The 18th century saw more folktale science cast aside , than ever has occurred in the History of the world, BUT, it gave rise also , to those who saw they could control it's growth and power, many events in science was simply pushed aside ,or destroyed out of personal prejudices, by those in power. And I suppose it's going on now to some small extent, for those products/inventions/ideas that would reduce the cost of a money maker, or to some deranged point of view , diminish God in some way, which is foolishness, as science is simply getting an understanding of how things work , to say it is somehow fallen into the arena of theology brings the foolish person his/her just due, as research must cast aside personal prejudices , allowing the researcher the business of making a rock into a handle, or something as simple as that, and those who would make a weapon out of a rock , have been with us since Adam, does it matter that we can produce a Car, and that same amount of metal produce a cannon? As researchers , ours is to find the answers, not try to be the personal conscious of the world, as some folks will simply pick up a rock , if there is nothing else around to kill their neighbor. We generally are a curious species, and as that is one of our driving forces, I see nothing wrong with pursuing non-weaponry science, as we have no control over those who do otherwise.</div> <bR> <div>  <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><B>The strips used in my setup, were very small, about 1/8th inch wide, and a inch long, which I wrapped around the antenna I built for this experiment, the antenna was a 1/4 wave 2 meter, over a 1/4 wave base, I cut a measured half wave from a wire the same diameter as the 1/4 wave, and proceeded to attempt to connect them lengthwise via the "Tesla Shield" I had read about, not comprehending just what was happening if it worked, only that it was supposed to suppress the field and I was hoping it would hold the suppression across a gap in the wire, enough to tell if it caused a SWR error, which according to accepted theory , it would have no effect at all, as the strips were spaced at roughly 1/16 inch apart. I not only got a reading, it fell into close enough spec's that it was very close to be tuned,allowing me to transmit and receive on it , though the reception was not "much" different than without it (I was using 4 watts), but enough to see there was a increase in reception.</B></FONT> I was somewhat dumbfounded, as<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><B> it showed that it was receiving as well using the "Shield" as a conduit</B>.</FONT> Believe me , I understood that <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><B>a Spin field had to be present to make it receive, as the wire was only about 1/8 inch in diameter, making the shield sleeve I was using , too small to reflect energy of any significance through it.</B></FONT> Now you know the way it was done, but <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><B>the effect was apparent at almost 1/2 inch separation of the wire (butts) , the 1/2 wave from the base 1/4 wave.</B></FONT> <B>I used it for one day, testing various methods at distance transmissions, including , scanning around for low , as well as high energy reception of different repeaters , and individual operators , to determine that it wasn't just some strange reflective anomaly. </B>Then I simply dismantled it, and spent several weeks , researching to see if anyone had ever heard of such an effect, as I was not convinced I had stumbled across what , should have been know for a hundred years, nor was I totally convinced it was out of the textbook applications.</div> <div> <B> I understood after a while ,the Spin field had to be the one , that jumped the gap, and reread what Tesla stated in his speech. There was no error in my approach </B>, so I made the decision to shelve it , as what little experimentation I did , I acquired some opposition , as my statements were not along accepted avenues of understanding. </div> <div>  I have played with the possibilities of that effect , using the seen effects as a base , to apply it to other areas, such as a reflective screen for a receiving antenna, but <B>the actual charging of the strips, as that is what must be occurring, is difficult to envision without actually building it, which I haven't had time to try.</B></div> <div>  I will say that <B>in order to operate, it must charge each strip to the point that it , the charge, must fill the gap between the strips, as well as lap over the other strips , this can only be achieved with the ever-present higher resonate frequencies, seen with charging an antenna, we call harmonics,</B> and I hope this crossing of technologies , hasn't in some way messed up the results you might achieve, because the technology associated with the strips is far from what is accepted now days. <B>My own findings suggest that the resonates are higher than thought possible, and normally act as resistors</B>, interesting, but it is leading into particle mechanics, which is best left to those who are adept at it.</div> <div>   I have read many of Tesla's speeches, and find them at opposition to his supposed writings of his work, suggesting some manipulation of the text in places, but one thing is very apparent, and that he understood the Spin field , better than any modern Scientist, and the shame is that we are denied this information/technology.</div> <div>  Perhaps there is some truth in the rumor that he presented a threat to certain financiers of the time, and they had his work purged.<FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" ><B> I heartily suggest you read his speeches, and look at them as if we received them via some radio wave , that came from an alien World, then cross them with what we know , what you will see then will convince you there is another technology that has been lost.</B></FONT></div> <div>  <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><B>The whole point of this , is that the simple charging method , used on the strips aforementioned , can be made to be excited to produce a "Shield" of enormous strength, if better understood , to prevent the near instantaneous electrical pulse associated with a high speed impact, perhaps allowing super fast transports to operate between bodies in our solar system, without worrying about "Hits", or even enough to allow fast operation in-atmosphere.</B></FONT></div> <div> <B> </B><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#800000" FACE="Arial" ><B>Risking contaminating the results, I postulate the following , which I would hope you take with a grain of salt.  Frequencies above 146 mhz have a tendency to be seen electrically as a square wave, especially the reaction between the applied energy and any metals in it's path, generating a multitude of harmonics, as a square wave is more reactive than a sinusoidal wave.    For the purpose of causing intentionally , a multitude of harmonic electrical excitations , the square wave is more ideal, and as the "Strips" in the latter Shield , need a lot of operational energy to blend the surfaces, AND to get the most out of the field on the strip, it has to "Ring" within the frequency of the cut strip , somewhere in the upper ghz range, also it has to have regenerating ringing in several frequencies, that at some point causes the electrons to merge, pushing their respective parts a slight distance apart, filling the gaps more efficiently, quite literally , a blending into a plasma.</B></FONT></div> <div> <B> Who knows, perhaps the shield will have to be a wrapped wire , wound around the vehicle, as in my earlier experiments , I see no way of making a flat reactive shield, otherwise I would have already made a better gathering reflector, to see if there are small Spin-field transmissions coming at us from poorly shielded electronic equipment in stealthy ET explorational endeavors </B><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#800080" FACE="Arial" ><B>(One must keep their mind open , even if they are like me , where , I don't think Space is "Nice" enough , to allow hi -speed interplanetary travel , however I understand that "Spin fields" are more coherent, thus would hold together longer).</B></FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B> <A NAME="et_phone_home"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="1x1.gif" HEIGHT="1" ALIGN="bottom" WIDTH="1" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0" ></A></B></div> <div> <B>ET phone home !!!</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>NOTE: My personal opinion is that , "IF" we ever find a signal with intelligence embodied within it, it likely will be indecipherable using the current technology, due to the many methods of possible communications, as our creatures of this Planet display .  Even our comprehension of a frequency is based on our way of making sounds, and all electronic communication is based on this principle.
